Certificates of Religious ExemptionHaRav Menashe Sasson, Av Beit Din [אב בית דין] of the The Israel Foundation’s Jerusalem, Israel-based World Zionist Rabbinical Court, has issued a Psak Halakha (legal opinion interpreting Jewish law) which finds that mandates and other requirements which seek to compel a person to receive a SARS-CoV-2 gene therapy injection directly conflicts with the requirement under Jewish law that one “remove and guard oneself [from] any life-threatening obstacle.”
As a means of implementing this Psak Halakha, The World Zionist Rabbinical Court is issuing Certificates of Religious Exemption to individuals who are subject either to Jewish law or Noahide law.
