Home Stabbing AttackJanuary 17, 2016 |
On Sunday, January 17, 2016, Dafna Meir, 39, was stabbed to death by a 15 year old Muslim terrorist as she painted the front door at the entrance to her Otniel, Israel home. Ms. Meir, who worked as a neurosurgical nurse, fought with the terrorist as he repeatedly stabbed her.
The Muslim terrorist reportedly told investigators “I stabbed her until I was unable to remove the knife from her body, and [when] I saw another woman coming, I ran away and went back home and watched a Saudi movie.”
Regarding the knife that had become lodged in Mrs. Meir’s body during the attack, the Muslim terrorist reportedly told investigators that if he had been able to dislodge the knife, he “would have kept on stabbing [Mrs. Meir], and if [he] would have seen another Jew [the Muslim terrorist] would have stabbed him to death [as well]. If [the Muslim terrorist] had managed to take out the knife from [Mrs. Meir’s] body, [he] would have continued to murder Jews until [he] died a martyr’s death,” The Muslim terrorist later added, “I want to enter heaven and have 70 virgins.”
The Muslim terrorist also reportedly told investigators that his motive for murdering Ms. Meir was to further the effort to “liberate Palestine.”
During November 2016, the Muslim terrorist was sentenced to life in prison.
Ms. Meir is survived by her husband, four biological children, and two adopted children.
